We engaged Loco Division to carry out our renovation works and couldn’t be happier with our decision! While we initially selected them for their suggested design scheme alone, Debbie, Feiyi and Steven proved to be excellent project managers as well, ensuring that our project was run smoothly from start to end. We never had to chase for updates throughout as these were regularly provided to us via WhatsApp. We had a strict renovation timeline due to personal circumstances but they managed to complete their work ahead of schedule, which we are very grateful for.

Design wise, Debbie and Feiyi always took our opinions into consideration yet were able to provide a practical steer as to what they thought might look or work better in a certain setting, taking care to balance our wants against our budget. We have shifted many times and to different apartments. This is the 1st time that we engaged an ID. It was highly recommended by our niece and nephew-in-law whose house was beautifully done up by Loco Division.

We just had our first home done up by Loco Division (Debbie and Steven) and would highly recommend them to any new homeowners! It was fuss-free, our home looks awesome, and workmanship is good.

As our ID, Debbie has not only nice style and aesthetics, but she also has fresh, practical ideas on how we can configure the layout to suit our build needs yet not compromise on the overall design - something which we didn’t really see in the other 6 IDs we met. What we appreciate is how she provided recommendations on materials in advance, and also advice in selecting furnitures that will suit our space best!

Steven, our site manager was always prompt in his communications (many photo updates!), seamless in coordination, and is always happy to share his inputs on the many queries we had. Most importantly, they were able to complete the renovation during the year end/pre CNY period on time and in full, ensuring promptness in project delivery.

Overall, you can really tell that the team takes great pride in their work, and are committed to doing the right things for clients. Our only "regret" was not having them build more stuff for us in the house 🤣 Thanks again Loco Division for our lovely home!

When we were in the midst of deciding which interior designer to engage for our HDB home renovation, Debbie made our decision easy with her thoughtful and practical ideas, as well as her wealth of experience when it comes to designing such spaces. She was also receptive to feedback about how we envisioned our home and able to translate our sometimes abstract design aspects into reality.

We also worked with Steven, the site manager, who is always very responsive and responsible when it comes to delivering promptly on scheduled renovation works. When there is any delay due to external unforeseen circumstances (which is common during renovations), he will make sure to convey this to us so that we can anticipate accordingly.
