Designed for a young family with two cats, this 4-room BTO apartment reimagines modern colonial living with timeless charm and practical functionality. The home embodies an elegant colonial aesthetic with rattan furniture, rich colors, and classic patterns, balanced by clean lines and modern touches that make the space fresh and livable.

At the entryway, a mixture of rattan and shaker panel detailing offers both charm and practicality, cleverly protecting against the homeowners’ pet cat. High-performance laminates with antibacterial and scratch-resistant propertieswere applied throughout, ensuring durability for an active household without compromising on style.

The kitchen is the standout feature of this home. While the dark charcoal colour on the cabinetry is considered a risqué choice in the small space, it contrasts beautifully against the crisp white cabinet and KitKat tiles surrounding it.
